FUEL CELL APPLICATIONS AND MARKETING INTEGRATIONS
Session 2
June 25, 2003
This session will include:
- Representatives from industry and academia will overview the different
market applications for fuel cells including:
- Stationary Power
- Transportation Power
- Portable Power
We will look at the different applications, the benefits and hurdles
(technical and market) to introduction, policy and regulations
affecting those markets
and the players involved. The use of case studies will illustrate the
issues.
- A look at the issues involved in the integration of fuel
cells into the built environment including: building design, electricity
integration; waste heat recovery: absorption chilling, hot water,
electricity;
load profile engineering; and direct current (DC) distribution
and use.
- An overview of the issues relating to the development of
a hydrogen infrastructure.
