The NFCRC considers the education of the marketplace and the training of the professional population on the technical and socio-political issues associated with the development and deployment of advanced power generation technology to be of critical importance.
The NFCRC addresses these issues through a number of channels:
- Academic Programs through University of CA, Irvine. The director and associate Director of the NFCRC both teach classes in fuel cell fundamentals as well as advanced topics through the undergraduate and graduate engineering program at UCI. In addition, a number of UCI courses address issues specific and general to fuel cells.
Introductory Seminars. The NFCRC welcomes a number of visitors each week, ranging from small groups of 2-3 up to 100.
