Overview:

NFCRC operates two hydrogen fueling stations at UC Irvine.  The first is the UC Irvine Hydrogen Fueling Station and the second is a home refueler prototype.

Program Goals:

• Support the introduction of hydrogen powered automobiles
• Understand and address fueling station technology performance and operational issues
• Educate and engage municipalities and regulatory bodies as they participate in H₂ station siting and permitting
• Study and evaluate the overall logistics of H₂ generation, distribution, and supply
